The staff was attentive plus the location was marvellous. I found nice Moe's Southwest Grill by accident, it was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Loved our rooms with the high floors. Exceptionally nice location in front of convention center called back made it easy to get to key attractions.

Neat hotel with extremely helpful and professional staff and good food. Outstanding breakfast with a wide array of choice. Comfy and unbeatable setting, adjacent to downtown and the centre and Dallas. Also, in front of convention center called back.

Everything was great, had a fantastic stay for a business trip. We only slept at the a double room, but truly enjoyed it. There was a large bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Great location close to the centre of town was a plus.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were horrible.

I got an impeccably clean room with a dining area, a seating area, and a writing table. I liked magnificent location, efficient staff.

Exceptionally clean rooms with the high floors are accompanied by amazing service. The atmosphere of the hotel is special. The staff are efficient, the location is favourable. The bus station is 10 minutes' walk.

Great food, overall modern and ideal place.

Climate control, a flat-screen TV, and coffee/tea makers in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. A bathtub in the bathroom.

We would recomand this hotel, spent here nice 3 nights. The venue was reasonably spacious with a marvellous location near to downtown of a large city, tourist spots and friendly staff, and The American Airlines Arena. The room on their photos.

The staff was attentive, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. We booked a studio suite, it was newly remodelled.

I had an a double room and it was newly renovated. The location was comfy and unbeatable because it was just next door to self park, the state fair, and tourist spots and friendly stuff.

The a double room was huge, included a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. The bed was very comfy, great night sleep.

Very unsafe area.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding when I left my phone in an UBER. The room exceeded my expectations. The valet parking staff were great, especially since I had a motorcycle. The hotel had a great atmosphere and excellent facilities.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We needed a place for one night, everything was great. Perfect hotel, it was worth its 3 stars. The location was favourable, relatively close to The Arena.
